Hormonal Vitality is a 3-night immersive retreat rooted in the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, designed for women at every stage of their hormonal life from the menstrual years through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Led by Dr Keri Krieger, a Doctor of TCM and Acupuncturist with two decades of clinical experience in women's hormonal health, and Aiko Neligan, a movement artist, yoga teacher, and sound healer whose personal journey through IVF, hysterectomy, and early menopause has shaped a profoundly compassionate approach to the female experience. 

Together, Keri and Aiko have created something rare: a retreat that is equal parts education and embodiment. Where the science of Chinese Medicine meets the felt sense of the body in motion. Where you do not just understand your hormonal health, you begin to live differently within it.

Set within SOMA's hinterland sanctuary, each day follows a rhythm of morning movement, educational TCM workshops, Yin Yoga, acupressure, sound healing, and restorative rest woven together with nourishing TCM-informed meals, afternoon rest time, and conversational evenings around the firepit.

Keri fell into the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine at twenty and has spent the decades since immersed in it, travelling the world to study ancient healing traditions, working in retreats, destination spas and clinical settings, and navigating her own initiation through perimenopause. With two decades of clinical experience in women’s hormonal health, Keri has dedicated her practice to the belief that women’s bodies are not broken, but rather they are intelligent systems responding to the conditions of their lives. Her workshops are grounding, reframing, and unlike any health education most women have encountered.

Aiko Neligan

Movement Artist, Yoga Teacher & Sound Healer

Aiko brings a lifetime of dance training, yoga practice, sound healing, and pranic healing to the retreat, alongside a personal story of extraordinary courage and openness. Her journey through intense fibroids, IVF, hysterectomy, earlier menopausal symptoms, mood regulation, and PMDD has shaped an approach to women’s wellness that is deeply empathetic and utterly candid. Aiko creates a space where nothing about the female experience is too heavy, too private, or too complicated to be held. Her sessions move the body in ways that bypass the analytical mind and leave every guest feeling something shift.
