Spa Treatments
Longevity Lift Facial
A warm towel foot ritual marks your arrival. Your skin is prepared and gently exfoliated before the Mukti Organics Signature Lifting Facial Massage, where precise sculpting techniques lift and revitalise your facial contours. Scalp, hand, arm and décolletage massage deepen the stillness. Botanical actives and biomimetic peptides restore hydration as a cooling Alginate Masque settles in, alongside a foot and lower leg massage. To finish, Queen of the Night Crème, rich in ceramides and peptides, leaves your skin firmer, smoother and luminous.
SOMA Immersion
Full body brushing begins the experience, sweeping away dullness and awakening the skin. A warm Botanique Body Masque is melted over the body before a comforting basalt stone back massage and nurturing foot massage. Cocooned in warmth, the body rests as nourishing botanicals replenish the skin.
As the body unwinds, a personalised Mukti Organics Foundational Facial unfolds. Botanical actives replenish hydration, support barrier function and restore skin to its healthy best.
Ground & Glow
Dry body brushing and the Mukti Botanique Resurfacing Wrap smooth and refine the skin across the back and shoulders, while basalt stone placement and cocooning warmth create space to slow down and simply rest.
Warm mineral foot compressions welcome you back, before a soothing back massage and signature Gua Sha foot and lower leg sequence restore a sense of lightness and flow. A refreshing facial cleanse and massage, followed by a nurturing scalp ritual, complete the experience.
Flow & Surrender
Inspired by Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, long flowing massage strokes dissolve tension and ease the mind and body into a deeply regulated place. Heated river stones deepen the work, leaving warmth that soften muscle tissue and invite the nervous system into a profound state of ease.
Chi Nei Tsang, a Taoist abdominal massage then works with the body's somatic centre, releasing held tension and restoring deep calm from the inside out. Assisted stretches complete the sequence, creating length and spaciousness through the body that lingers long after the treatment ends.
Settle & Soften
Long and firm movements weave together a massage flow that is both deeply satisfying and restorative, while also settling the nervous system. Where tension has gathered, remedial touches bring focused, purposeful pressure to work somatically with muscle tissue, returning the body to its natural state of ease.
Stretches create length and openness, dissolving the accumulation of a busy life. The treatment closes with a scalp and facial massage, an unhurried, grounding finish that brings the whole system into stillness.
Peace & Stillness
This treatment begins with a considered consultation, allowing our acupuncturist to understand where you are to design a treatment entirely for you.
Drawing on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, fine needles are placed with precision to restore the flow of qi, address imbalance and support the body's innate capacity to heal. Depending on your needs, treatment may focus on the face, the body, or both - working with specific meridians to ease tension, regulate the nervous system, encourage vitality and bring the whole system back into alignment
